Do you work with all insurance companies?
Yes. We carry out repairs for all insurance companies and have been an NRMA Partner Repairer for more than 40 years. Our team can also help guide you through the claims and repair process.
Do you help with the insurance claim?
We do. We’ll assist in making the claim and deal with the insurance company on your behalf, so you’re not chasing paperwork while your car is off the road.
Will the new paint match my car?
Yes. We use premium PPG automotive paint with the fully automated MOONWALK mixing system and Digimatch colour matching technology, which gives a seamless factory finish.
Do you do private repairs without insurance?
Absolutely. We complete both insurance and private repairs. We’ll assess the damage, discuss your options and provide honest advice on the best way forward.
What types of vehicle repairs do you carry out?
We provide complete accident repair services, including panel and body repairs, spray painting, paint matching and refinishing for everything from minor damage through to larger accident repairs.
How long will my repair take?
It depends on the damage and parts availability. Because panel, paint, glass and calibration all happen here, we’re not waiting on other workshops, and we’ll give you a realistic timeframe up front and keep you posted.
